Sanctuary 2100 founded by Katrina Stoneville and her husband Joshua Westlake is a divide in four primary sections which are the Artistic Downtown, Scientific, Economic, Spiritual Center, and Government. Sexual crimes such as rape and incest are nonexistent due to the enforcement of the death penalty in Sanctuary 2100 which among the only town without an epidemic of crime. Pre-meditated murder is extremely rare and a person is executed upon reasonable , doubt,, however, cases of accidentally killing of a human being, a person could find refuge from the avenger of blood. Predators of domestic violence receive three possible punishment flogging, permanent exile and death on the case by case basic.
Sanctuary 2100 is considered a utopian society in comparison to their rival city of Eveille .
