Jessica Stanley, a college student in graduate school for her doctorate in Environmental & Alternate Energy specializing in Solar Energy .On Monday January 19, 2125, Jessica’s electricity went out and her appliances stopped working. At first she thought it was a temporary situation that her electric company will fix it. Jessica discovered spoiled food in her refrigerator and freezer throwing it out. She dialed the customer service phone number for Andes Electric Company.
“Hello, My name is Sasha.”May I assist you? asking in a gentle voice.
“My electricity went off a two ago?” The only thing that is working is my phone ,because it is solar powered.
“I can transfer you to an electricity tech person Zach if that is okay with you .”
“That’s fine, that’s no problem”. Zach accepted the transfered .
