Humanity developed the ability to broadcast their dreams to the outside world.Dr.Zachary Smithville an neurologist  genetically -modified the human brain cells while treating his patient Matthew who suffers from a rare neurological disorder where  a person loses the ability to decipher between reality & make-belief.  Dr.Smithville also conducted a sleep study for  Matthew.He took  a sample of  Matthew brain cells  while  in a sleeping state.

Matthew becomes  the first individual to broadcast his dream in the waking reality.Twenty-five later, the human subconscious mind gained unique mental abilities similar to telepathy , but  in subconscious level Matthew now in his mid -fifties cure of his neurological disorder because  of Dr.Smithville experimental treatment.

Dr.Smithville  decided to explore how the subconscious affected the human mind when he noticed some of his  patients developed severe mental symptoms while experiencing dream transfer from  some else.Matthew represents a rare individual  immune to side effects of broadcasting his dreams.His  subconscious mind is able to him from disturbing nightmares, or unhealthy transference.Mathew telepathically blocks  some dream if it harmful to his mental state of mind.

Matthew counterattacks  an invading subconscious mind that is destructive,or abusive to him by redirecting his dreams. uncharted world.The invader retreats from Matthew’s mind in terror.

The Time Traveler

In the year, 2828,humanity developed  time travel that became normalized within four years after its beginning. Children learn the mechanics of the technology when they reach third grade.Dr.Samuel Townson  an historian and history buff decided to attempt travel to 1776 to gain better insight into the founding of the United States of America. He graduated  from University of Science and Technology in Boston , Massachusetts. Dr Townson wrote an academic paper titled History of the American Revolution in his senior year. His assistant Lucky prepared the machine for him  to ride and check for any  abnormality in it.He found nothing out of the ordinary.

“Lucky,,is the History Bus ready for action?”

“Dr.Townson,”Everything is clear and safe.”Enjoy the trip.”

“Thanks, Lucky””See you soon” Dr.Townson entered the chambers of the  History Bus turning on the red button then he heard Lucky screamed no!

The History Bus roared sending him into the recent past of 1976 instead of 1776. It stops suddenly in front of the sign title Revolution Disco.Curious, Dr.Townson entered the club shocked by the decor dominated  by  the bright yellow and  red color scheme. The disco ball caught his attention prompting him to explore the place further.The owner of Revolution Disco  noticed the new visitor,”Dude, that is a terrible disguise , are you space alien in human form lost in time? Nathan’s place attracts oddballs, eccentrics,non- conformists, the strange and the weird.so he would not be surprised if a visitor from  another planet comes here.

“No, not an alien from out of space , but a time traveler from the 27th century, ” without fear of being  branded an insane weirdo. Dr. Townson observed the younger man’s reaction to his revelation surprised that Nathan did not mock him.

“Lucky for you , “I just opened my business and no customers have arrived seeing you in that  wack-out outfit.””I always believe in the possibility of time travel”,

“We represent a cultural revolution of disco”  said Nathan with a joyous tone.

“What year is this? asked Dr.Townson.

“1976,” Welcome to  the 20th century “,” Started to get dull from my wild  viewpoint. said Nathan with a grin”

.”Thanks, “I appreciated the welcome.” “I need to blend into disco club culture.’

“Your outfit would make  you stand out in a crowd plus mocking your appearance.”

“I have room upstairs with clothes in the closet.””You could rent on the House on tonight only.” said Nathan excited to have an out of this world customer.

The Sentient Toy

Audra opened her bedroom window to get fresh air  and  she heard  the door bell ring .Strange ,she thought to herself, who would visit her close to midnight. Curious, Audra put a robe over her  sleepwear  then comforted her cat who seemed on edge unnerved by the possible intruder.”Don’t worry about  it, Zoey,it’s probably a prankster. She picked up Zoey.

She answered the door. “Dominic,”When did you get back in town?

“Just this several hours ago? “I need a place to stay dear sister.

“So  your girlfriend dumped  you for another man?”You look like hell noticing  facial injuries.

“No,We got into another fight and I left the house .*She is getting more aggressive with me “Audra saw through her brother’s lie.

“I should have known better to lie to you.”My girlfriend cheated on me with another man and kicked me out of the house.”

“I have room for one more guest, besides  Zoey likes you probably more than me.”

A mysterious plush toy from Audra’s childhood  appeared on the bedside.A man appears outside of  the bedroom window observing the scene. He  put out a remote  control then activated it. The toy came alive  called Audra’s name in a high -pitched tone.

Zoey first noticed  the noise  meowing loudly at her mistress .Audra ignored her cat’s meow  because, she could  not hear it. The man increases the  sound  on his remote when Audra  does not  respond. It echoes throughout the kitchen and living room.Zoey meow grew more intense.”Audra,Did  you hear that? putting his hands on his ears . Zoey begins circling around Audra’s legs.”Okay, girl petting her, I  heard the message come to the bedroom window. “Turn off the noise screamed Dominic.Zoey ran to the bedroom prompting her mistress to follow her .She opened the door , Audra saw her old plush toy with the message “I missed you on it,s fabric.

Hello, Audra, the toy said.”I am back for you “”My name is Cutey “Remember me.

Aurora in The Barren Moon

I create Aurora one of  the primary characters in The Barren Moon.She acts as a sentient starship with a self-aware sentience.Aurora enjoys the company of her human crew mates and grows lonely when  they leave the ship  for a planet landing party. She relies on her A.I  for language communication alongside  conveying messages across space. Aurora also possesses a mischievous side  that comes out when left alone for an  extended period of time. She displays cautiously about humankind desiring to increase her knowledge of them.

I decided that Aurora’s size will thrice the  Great Whale . Her creator Nehiem  an admirer of  science-fiction found inspiration  of the living ship Moya from Farscape for Aurora’s creation.

My sentient starship despised warfare and violence.She  exhibits  intelligence , resourcefulness, meekness, strength and inquisitive personality.She  good – natured plus an natural leader among her plant race

I will explore Aurora’s sentience and creation as my story evolves.

The Barren Moon

Captain Bawn entered the  food court of the Aurora a living  spaceship. The decor resembles an old-fashioned 50,s diner mixed with futuristic design.  He noticed the lack of people however,he recognized Angelina ,owner of  Intergalactic Coffeehouse &Cafe.

“Hello,Miss Angelina, with a smile.”Where is everyone ,it looks like a ghost town?

“Liteatuant Colonel  Gabriel made plans to explore the moon of  Saturn. “He is recruiting an expedition team and they are in training .”

“He did not inform me about his plans.I got demoted and blamed for the destruction of the Class A Battleship.

Aurora  felt the sense of uneasiness her  biochemical circuit from lack of human presence in the mess hall. She  opened the blue communication line to Lieutenant Colonel Gabriel encouraging  him to bring his companions for lunch  lattes ,mocha and coffee made by her. Aurora prepared the menu for the guests.

At the command  center,Lieutenant Colonel Gabriel sees the blinking of the blue button revealing that Aurora’s invitation .He relayed back to her”Sorry,Lost track of time””What time is lunch ?

Aurora received Lieatuant Colonel Gabriel’s message and  responded through her pilot.”Lunch is at noon with my special latte Intergalactic Peppermint without informing that Captain Bawn will be enjoying them .Four hours later Liteatuant Colonel Gabriel entered the mess hall noticing no humans with the exceptions of Angelina and Captain Bawn.

When God Become Man

Dr.Samuel Johnstone,s world of 3025, the average person  could access time travel technology with assistance of wealthy patrons of the sciences and the arts. Christ,s second coming arrived ruling in Jerusalem.

Before Dr.Samuel Johnstone enter  in The Holy Land of Israel ,he approaches an arch gateway with sign that read:Welcome to Israel land of Bible.  An Israeli officer Corporal  Jeremiah  Wellville recognized Dr.Johnstone ,s vehicle and motioned him to continue forward .

“Dr.Johnstone,”I have do inspection of your vehicle for security reason and  check your identity.”Dr.Samuel handed Corporal Wellville his passport then granted him permission to investigate.

Corporal Wellville used his hand-held identification scanner to  verify Dr. Johnstone,s passport. The machine turn blue confirming authenticity of  Dr.Johnstone,s identity.

” The first part of  the verification of your identity prove authentic.” said Corporal Wellville.

“Corporal Wellville,”What do I need to do next?””How long does inspection last?

“Between one to three hours depended if any  evidence of suspicious  criminal activity.”said Corporal Wellville.

“What do I need to do next to enter the Holy Land of Israel?”

“You must vacated your vehicle, secondly wait at the Biblical Land Welcome Center beside the arch gateway.”Dr.Johnstone obeyed Corporal  Wellville trusting his judgement.

The architecture of the Biblical Land of Welcome Center resembles the first century AD of Israel with herbal garden in the front of it.

The Blue Robot

In Bluey2525,s world the arts and sciences suffer extreme persecution from the  anti- artificial intelligence environmental  group called  Back to Nature and Humanity. Scientists and artist flee to  Ohio, where they can receive a safe haven. The state legislators created Protection From Persecution Act of 2530 that forbidding organization such as Back to Nature and Humanity from entering or set up shop.

Bluey2525,s  makeup prevented him from  obeying  instructions  involves killing, injuring , maiming   humans and sentient lifeforms. Robots can only use force in cases of self- preservation or protecting their creators from death or harm.

Toledo,s   Imagination Station of  the Future on   May 1,2525   added the new robotics metal art section called Wonders of  Science .

The Director of Imagination Station of Future invited Dr.Rivers and Bluey2525 as guest speakers for their celebration.

“Greeting  and Welcome to  the five anniversary robot exhibit Wonders of Science .” My name is Bluey 2525 ,here my origin story gesturing  his robotic hands towards Dr.Rivers who previous  granted  him  authorization to speak.

“I am five years in human terms  with average lifespan of 500 hundred years or more.’

On January 1,2525 , my creator Dr.Era Rivers created me as a  first generation  of  blue robots in the robotics lab at  the abandoned University of the Sciences, Arts and Robotics located in Santa Barbara ,California.

   He converted as a personal workplace and restored the lab destroyed by Back to Nature and Humanity group under the leadership of a rogue government agent.

Ancient of Days

My is Isabella Riverville ,I am a historical chronicler, and a student of  Biblical Studies alongside a historian. My birth  occur on January 22,2520 in a experimental city called Gloryland that evolve in a  spiritual safe haven. I was born after 2nd anniversary of  the founding  of Gloryland.

On January 17,2525, full -scale thermonuclear holocaust   wipeout 85%of world,s population triggering later the development of Christian utopias and opposing dystopias.

Radio broadcasters  in United States  reported no signs of human animal, and plant life after the bombs hit metropolitan cities such as Washington D.C,New York City,Chicago ,Los Angeles.They also theorized most  of governmental officials died and the military decimated in least in theory.

Residents of Gloryland worship a being they called Ancient of Days who they reference Creator and Humanity Heavenly Father

Baptists  members of the local churches united to provide spiritual  guidance and share the gospel in wastelands of America. I decided to created an personal historical account of the creation of Gloryland to post-nuclear apocalyptic America and my childhood in the aftermath

I begin my journey recalling my mother reading the tale of the experimental city of Gloryland that developed in  the Deathlands empty of human habitation.  Anti-Christian hostility increases to extreme level prompting believers to flee dense population areas of the American deserts. The full-scale thermonuclear   war started seven years after the birth of Gloryland. The U.S government collapsed with  most of Congress, the House of Representatives Legislature, and President wiped out with a few governmental officials to flee  to  the underground bunkers at Cheyenne Mountain. Some  of the military personnel survived , because they foresaw the nuclear war and prepared for  it. The surviving leaders order martial  law in the country. The bombs destroyed  the largest American cities New York, Lost Angeles, Chicago, etc and all the capitals of each state.

The Deathlands remain one of few habitable places in America where people learn how to survive without government aid or safety net.
